INSTRAL
The installation of machine should be carried out in accordance with whole plan. The ground should be level. Pressure gauge and safe valve should be installed at inlet of steam pipeline. The connection of flange for steam inlet should be firm.
MAINTENANCE
Check regularly the flexible of transmission part whether there exists the phenomenon of block. The transmission part such as chainwheel should add lubricating grease regularly. Calibrate error of measuring meter such as pressure gauge regularly. For transmission part such as delta belt, if exist serous wear and tear, exchange it in time.

BEDUGGING
After installation, the machine should be carried out running experiment.
Start main machine by inching and observe whether he rotating direction of main barrel is correct.
Observe whether the rotation of main roll and each transmission part is flexible and whether the inlet and outlet of steam is good and whether pressure gauge is in the range of work pressure.
Start motor. The operation of main barrel should be stable.
After temperature is raised and material is fed, then adjust the rotating speed of motor and the uniform content of material on the barrel in order to control final moisture of material.
Start packing auger motor to output dried finished material.
Adjust the rotating speed of packing auger motor in accordance with the amount of dried finished product.

HG Series Barrel drier is new style product researched and manufactured by our factory. It is wide used for drying and flaking work procedure of material with viscosity or paste. First or late, it is wide used in foodstuff industry, chemical industry and pharmaceuticaI industry, etc. Its performance is good.
PRINCIPLE OF WORK
The principle of work is as follows: liquid or slurry material will form thin film on the surface of barrel heated by steam or other hot carrier. When the barrel is turned one cycle, the drying will be finished. Use drawknife to scrape the product. the bare surface of barrel will contact with material again and form thin film and dry.
FEATURES
With steam or heat conduct oil as heat source, its area to undertake heat is large and the thermal efficiency is high and the heating is uniform. The drying speed is fast. The process of heat and mass transfer of damp material on the wall of barrel is constant from inner to outer. The gradient of temperature is big. It makes the surface of material film keep high evaporation strength. The drying time is short about 10～15 seconds. It is suitable heat sensitive material. Easy to operate and simple to maintain.
