PRINCIPLE OF WORK
Applied for dehydrated vegetable. In general it uses three-sets in series and forms initial drying section, middle section and final drying section. In initial drying section adapt thin thickness of spread material and fast operative speed and high drying temperature this is because material contains high moisture and has poor gas permeability. For material to be dried is not permitted to over 60℃, at initial dry section, the temperature of drying air may be as high as 120℃ below. The stay time at final drying section will be 3~6 times than that of initial drying section and the thickness of spread material will be 2~4 times than that of initial drying section. For material to be dried is not permitted to over 60℃, it can adapt drying air with approximate 80℃ and adapt multi-section combination to develop the property of belt drying and make uniform drying.
