GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS
The machine adopts full seal form. All parts are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with three grades of purifying apparatus. The filtered air reaches the requirement of one hundred thousand grades. The cooling apparatus of wall is installed at the cylinder body and top. It makes the wall temperature less than 80℃. Air sweeping device is installed inside the drying tower. The dried immersed ointment powder of traditional Chinese medicine can not appear the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration. The ratio of received powder is raised greatly. Moreover it can not produce the phenomenon of medicine mixing and wall staying.
Basic principle: high-speed centrifuge atomizing apparatus for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine is an application of centrifuge atomizing technique for special raw material. It is an apparatus using high-speed centrifuge atomizer to make raw material distribute in fog that contacts with hot air fully and finish the dry momentarily and form powder finished product.
The special drier for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine s used to solve immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and extracted liquid of plant. It solves the conditions existed in original LPG high-speed atomizing drier．
1. Raw material is attached to wall and the ratio of received powder slow;
2. Because the staying time of raw material at wall is long, the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration can be produced;
3. It is difficult to clean;
4. Low in output: Mode LPG-150 centrifuge atomizing drier can process 50-60 kg/h of raw material liquid.
In view of this, according to the properties and process requirements of immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine our factory researched and designed the special drier for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and won two items of China patent. It solves the historical difficult problems in drying immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine. The color of dried raw material is good. The dried raw material does not degenerate. It raises the economic benefit greatly. Compared with original LPG high speed atomizing drier, it has the following features:
1. Being adopted three-grade air purification, the inlet air reaches the requirement of one hundred thousand grade;
2. Being adopted wall-cooling device, the temperature of inner wall will be 80℃. Even if raw materials stayed on the wall it can not carbonize;
3. Its whole volume is 3.5 times of standard LPG high speed atomizing drier;
4. Being adopted quick washing device, it can meet the requirements of production for varieties of productst;
5. Being adopted damp dust-removing device, there is no powder dust out;
6. Being adopted air sweeping device, the cleaning effect is satisfied;
7. Equipped two sets of tomizer and adopted frequency convesion control;
8. Adapted PLC control and display through the screen of program control system;
9. Equipped with washing device;
10. Being adopted the seal method to transport dry air.
